je te le fais en anglais parce-que je suis de bonne humeur :

1) The Internet is important today if you have some friend or family far away from you. You can speak with them and send email very quickly, so to sum up, you can stay in touch very easily

2) Before, we had only some post card or the simply letters to communicate. The probleme of this way is that it make a couple of day or maybe a whole week to arrive at destination. Now, we have email and the internet, which is really faster and easier to use.

3) Because these workers are cheaper to pay have good knowledge and speak English

4) Because if the call enter keep employing Indian workers, workers from The Europe or America won't have job anymore.
